Anne Frank Remembered 

I was six years old when my my mom bought me Anne Frank’s diary. I remember that I didn’t fully comprehend the reason why she and her family were hiding during the war, but I always said I wanted to keep a diary just like her. When in Amsterdam, visiting Anne Frank’s house is a must. I couldn’t visit Amsterdam and not go to Anne Frank’s house. So this is the first thing I did as soon as I arrived. Before my trip, I felt the need to read her diary. When Anne Frank started writing her diary she was only 13 years old. Like any teenager, her diary at first talked about her friends, school, hobbies and her life before hiding. Later on, her diary entries describe what she did to prepare to go into hiding and her experiences during her time in “The Secret Annex”. How To Become A World Traveler 

Many people have asked me what made me decide to travel the world? It’s a hard question.. I’ve traveled my entire life but couple of years ago I felt the need to see what’s out there and started to book flights more frequently. I took advantage of every college break or opportunity I had to travel. I started visiting friends in other colleges around the US and Europe. When college ended, I decided to take some time off. I didn’t want to work right away and felt like I needed to take some time to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. I started to plan my travels for that year.
