Chicago – The Windy City

Today I decided to blog about my visit to Chicago, The Windy City! A quick trip through memory lane from my travels in 2013.  Four years ago, before deciding to travel the world full-time, I visited my dearest friend Cristi Romero. Like myself at the time, she was attending Loyola University in Chicago at the time.  When you are young the best advice I can give to a college student is to visit ALL your friends  in college. I used to have a blast and met a lot of interesting people that today I can call friends. That being said, my friend Cristi made sure I had an epic experience during my short 3-day visit! 🙂    I remember being so excited for my weekend getaway. Mostly because I was going to visit a new city for the first time and also two of our friends from High School got to join us as well.  Imagine six girls sleeping in a college dorm… There were suitcases and mattresses all over the apartment, it was a mess but …
