Learning How To Cook Traditional Peruvian Cuisine

There’s no denying it. Peru has the best cuisine in all of South America! With this in mind, I decided to take a traditional peruvian cuisine class and learn how to cook some delicious dishes.           Cooking is not my forte. It’s never been, not because I can’t prepare anything but because I am too lazy to cook or to actually go to the supermarket to acquire all the ingredients. That’s why delivery Apps are my best friend! Haha Why would I do without Uber Eats or Postmates? Who knows.           Anyways, I was looking forward to actually learn how to prepare my own dishes. “You’re the only one if this tour this afternoon!” the chef said after he introduced himself at my hotel’s lobby. “Great! It’s like a private class.” I thought.           Chef Christian was by far one of the coolest people I met in this trip. Our first stop was el Mercado San Pedro, Cusco’s …

Enhance your culinary experience by ordering the most delicious and traditional Greek dishes. During my visit, I made sure I ordered a menu items from the traditional Greek cuisine menu section. This delicious treat pictured here is called Greek Delight. I am a horrible cook, I barely know how to pour cereal in my bowl without messing it up haha but recently I developed an interest for learning how to cook my own meals.  I was really excited to take a traditional Greek cuisine class! Cooking classes are great to learn in-depth about the Greek culture and their unique customs at home. If you have the opportunity to take a cooking session wherever you are in the world, do it! My experience at Teta’s home was amazing. What an amazing host! Every day Teta opens her lovely home to travelers around the …

Wondering what to eat while in Vienna? Then this is for you.  Oh, Austrian food! While I was doing my research for places to visit and things to do while in Vienna, I stumple upon this food tasting tour hosted by a restaurant called Hotel Stefanie. It sounded like a great idea (besides it looked delicious) so I went ahead and booked it!  At first, I was a little scared of the kind of food they were going to serve me. After all, this was going to be my dinner. What if I didn’t like it and I had to eat it anyways? Aaahh.. A picky eater’s worst nightmare. I felt adventurous and the reviews conviced me to go ahead with the tour. And I am so glad I did because now I am obsessed with Austrian cuisine!  Here’s what I had for dinner on my first night in Vienna:  Veal goulash with a Salzstangerl – A sight for sore eyes!  Fact: The history of goulash is closely connected to that of paprika.     Beef …
