My Favorite Broadway Shows

My family and I LOVE to go to a Broadway show every time we are in the city. My Mom collects Playbill programs, my brother always buys the music CD and I always get the bag of M&M’s at intersession. It’s definitely a family tradition! I still remember my first Broadway show, The Lion King when I was about 9 years old. What a musical! This show will always be one of my top three all-time favorites, with Wicked and Mamma Mia! as well. There’s something about these shows that I can see them over and over again! Broadway tickets can get very expensive, but if you book your tickets in advance you’re more likely to get better seats at a low cost. Another way to obtain low-cost tickets is waiting until the very last half an hour prior to the show. There’s a ticket booth in Times Square where you can get tickets up to 50% OFF. These are usually leftover tickets, which means your seats will most likely suck. But regardless of where …

New York, I Love You!

New York city is by far my favorite city in the world! I am lucky enough to visit this amazing city at least five times a year. Every time I go to New York I find something new to do.  But, here are few things that I LOVE to do in the city every time I visit: Brunch at Sarabeth’s. A must! The ambiance is perfect, the food is delicious, and the mimosas make everything better. Visit American Kennels on 61st and Lexington Ave. I love the puppies! I get all my puppies from this marvelous place, and every time I go I want to take another baby home. Eat at the ”big three” as my mom calls it: Balthazar, Buddakan & Serafina. Walk through Central Park. Go party in the Meatpacking District. In my opinion the best place to meet up with friends and go bar-hopping Eat Sprinkles cupcakes.
