Luxembourg: Photo Diary

Ah, Luxembourg! Imagine a little village where everything is quiet… I took a day tour from Brussels to Luxembourg City and it was so worth it. This city is rich in history and esthetically is marvelous. The architecture and all the nature surrounding the historic sites makes it much more special. As I mentioned above, the town is merely quiet so listening to the birds and the sound of the wind against the trees made me feel like I was in a children’s fairytale book. Since I didn’t spend much time in this place, here’s my photo diary of my visit to Luxembourg city:   About The Author Mariella Molestina Noboa The art of saying “Yes!” can take you far away. Many people pass on opportunities for many reasons, one of them being fear. Through my life I’ve encounter many people that forget to live the present for something that might not even happen in the future. If you are constantly waiting for the right time to finally do something, like fulfill your life dream, …

Chocolate Tasting Experience in Brussels

Chocolate lovers, rejoice! This tour emphasizes in tasting every kind of chocolate. From white chocolate to dark chocolate and milk chocolate to cocoa butter, we had it all. I can’t remember the last time I had so many chocolates at once. But it was worth it every bite. 1 2 3 4 Richness and quality is what Belgian chocolate is all about. Did you know that Belgium is the pralines’ birthplace? Delicious. If you’re a chocolate lover like myself, you’ve come to the right place. The first part of the tour was about the praline’s history and how the chocolates are made. From the cocoa bean to the shipping method throughout the world. Very interesting! The second part of the tour was very fun! We learned how to make Belgian chocolate from scratch. The workshop was very entertaining and the teacher let us get creative with our chocolates. It was a very relaxing experience (even though I felt tempted to eat them most of the time) And now the best part: visiting every chocolate shop …

A Peek At Dinant in Belgium: The Town Where The Saxophone Was Invented

Curious about the Saxophone’s history? This musical instrument was invented in this little town called Dinant in Belgium. Approx. 1hr30 from the city of Brussels.   Locals are very proud of the Saxophone’s invention. In almost every corner of any street you can spot a Saxophone. No kidding, I saw at least twelve statues in my one hour visit.   If you’re a musician or simply interested in this topic, make sure you visit the museum that briefly explains how the inventor, Adolphe Sax, got the idea to put together the Saxophone. Very interesting! Also, the very first Saxophone every invented is here for you to enjoy. The entire exhibition will take you no more than 30 mins.  Xoxo,   About The Author Mariella Molestina Noboa The art of saying “Yes!” can take you far away.
